QRoam - Roaming Quality
The QRoam Roaming Quality Application provides visibility of the quality of roamers’ experience along time. Roamers can be an important source of revenue for cellular providers, but in order for this to be profitable the service provider must be able to verify that the roamers receive a high level of service.
The wide range of KPI reports displayed by operator, country, service and activity type enable service providers to verify the level of service their subscribers are receiving. Using these reports, QRoam provides fast detection of roaming problems and potential revenue loss.
Benefits
QRoam presents operators with the following benefits:
- Operators can view the status of their roamers and therefore improve the quality of the service they provide
- Enables service providers to pinpoint the type of failure or problematic service per roaming operator, thus allowing fast recovery from such failures
- Operators are able to detect problems with roaming before the subscribers become aware of them and complain. Early detection of such problems and rapid solutions prevent roamers from connecting to another operator.
