VoIP monitoring is essential to troubleshoot problems such as a failures or service degradation on today’s VoIP networks – the network operator must be able to have an online clear view of the whole network.

VoIP Service Assurance and Omni-Q

RADCOM's Omni-Q provides service providers and vendors with a comprehensive solution for VoIP monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining and monitoring the VoIP networks. It is designed to continuously collect, monitor and analyze signaling, voice and data traffic performance.


The VoIP monitoring probes are distributed at different network locations (points) centrally managed by the Central Management Module, and are remotely accessed by the QConsole software, which can be installed on any PC/laptop. All collected parameters are stored in an Oracle database for use by the QExpert Web-based analysis and reporting tool. This database is also available for other Oracle reporting tools.
