VoIP Monitoring End-to-end

Intrusive probes provide link quality and performance measurements for Voice/VoIP service by generating test calls between probes.

Users can define a flexible, automated schedule of calls, or execute ad hoc (QuickTest) calls. Creating automated test schedules is an important component of real proactive monitoring/testing, as it enables operators to benchmark the voice service quality and detect degradation before their customers do. These intrusive probes provide availability (signaling) and voice quality (PESQ) measurements on the test call session.

VoIP Monitoring Solution Components

 cProbe
cProbes provide end-to-end call quality measurements in the PSTN environment
 iProbe
iProbes test call quality on packet networks and provide an exclusive view of voice quality inside the IP cloud.
 UQAN CPE Family
The UQAN family consists of testing units situated at end points of a network. Calls can be made to these units, enabling users to test their network from end to end.
