The QPro is a multi-technology call quality analyzer that enables users to test many call quality parameters over a variety of interfaces. The QPro provides greatest flexibility in call testing configuration, test progress, and test types, with a flexible output format for detailed test logging. The QPro is a call quality analysis tool capable of performing analog call quality measurements such as ISDN, E1 and T1 call quality, VQMS, echo testing, PESQ testing, post dialing delay, and one-way delay all in a single easy-to-use application. These measurements are actively perfomed in calls the QPro established with another party. Main Advantages - Provides enhanced call analysis for a variety of interfaces and technologies
- Supports E1, T1, analog (loop-start) or S/T BRI interfaces
- Supports ISDN (PRI & BRI), CAS and loop-start connectivity using a wide range of protocols and country variants
- Provides voice end-to-end quality evaluation (MOS scale according to ITU-T P.800) using leading voice quality standard modules PESQ (ITU-T P.862) or PAMS
- Measures call quality over cellular networks using a variety of cellular network interfaces (CDMA, GSM, UMTS, CDMA2000)
- Provides distortion measurements such as echo, insertion loss and frequency transfer function
- Provides Voice Activity Detection (VAD) measurements such as FEC and HOT
- Provides setup duration measurements
- Provides delay measurements such as round-trip and utterance
- Enhances dialing mechanism for Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
- Simulates network traffic by statistics modules such as Poisson, Distribution, Ramps and Normal Distribution.
- Supports 250 simultaneous calls per module and thousands using scalable architecture
- Supports more than 50,000 BHCA per module and over a million using scalable Performer architecture
- Provides detailed performance analysis using quality measurements and background stress traffic
- Provides statistical reports
- Provides automation capabilities through MasterScript, a powerful scripting tool
